Meet Vadzim Siniauski
Hello! My name is Vadzim Siniauski, and I am an experienced Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP), Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Master Clinician in Integrative Osteopathy (MCIO), and MD (Belarus). I proudly offer Registered Massage Therapy and Osteopathic Manual Therapy services in Toronto and GTA.
Personalized Care and Expertise
My practice stands out by combining the best of osteopathic care and registered massage therapy (RMT) to deliver highly personalized and effective treatments. This unique combination allows me to address a wide range of physical conditions by targeting the root causes of pain and dysfunction, rather than just alleviating symptoms. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, reduced mobility, or recovering from an injury, my approach is tailored specifically to your individual goals and concerns.
With extensive training from the Toronto Academy of Osteopathy and certification through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), I bring a dual perspective to every session. Osteopathy’s holistic principles focus on restoring balance and alignment in the body, while massage therapy provides targeted relief for muscle tension and stress. Together, these modalities not only enhance physical well-being but also address emotional and holistic aspects of your health.
Licensed and Covered Services
My services are covered by most Canadian extended health care providers. This allows you to focus on achieving wellness goals without financial stress.

Frequently Asked Questions About Osteopathic Services
An initial assessment is essential because it helps the massage therapist understand your specific health concerns, medical history, and overall body mechanics. During this assessment, the RMT massage therapist performs a thorough physical examination, evaluating posture, joint mobility, muscle tension, and any areas of pain or discomfort. This process allows them to identify the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Additionally, the initial assessment is a critical step in determining if massage treatment is appropriate for your condition, ensuring your safety and optimizing treatment outcomes.
